Greg Sharp Celebrates 30 Years with Green Products Company

Even as a young child, Greg admired truck drivers.  Growing up he frequently traveled between New Jersey and Iowa and always enjoyed getting trucks to honk at him along the way.  Something about trucks fascinated him and he knew someday this is what he wanted to do.  Fast forward to today and he now celebrates an impressive 30 years with Green Products Company! 

Greg is an amazing driver.  He is a driving professional who represents our values, safety and superior service here at Green Products.   His favorite part of driving truck is the freedom and adventure of being on the open road.  He enjoys meeting new people and seeing new places.  When he is not on the road he enjoys spending time with his wife (Marion) and family, relaxing, hunting and making some outstanding BBQ!

If you are looking for a career in truck driving, Greg shares this advice:

1. Make sure this is what you want to do. Trucking isn’t just a career – it is a lifestyle.

2. Find your niche.  How long do you want to be on the road at a time?  What kind of trailer do you want to pull?  Do you want short haul or long haul?  There are endless possibilities out there.

3. Find a company that will treat you well and has good equipment.
